All cakes are handmade to order using...

Free Range Eggs; Fine Flours; Golden Sugars; Real Butter; Fine Madagascan Vanilla.

Lemons in the Lemon Cakes & Chocolate Melted into Chocolate Cakes.

They are then filled with layers of softly whipped buttercream.

Our cakes are covered with a delicious layer of Ganache

[which is a luxurious blend of cream & chocolate] or Buttercream

Or of course, we like then semi naked, too!
