Victorian Galley kitchen mixing,baking and eating cake!

 

I genuinely love cake myself,so the taste is as important to me as the design,therefore I insist upon sourcing & using high quality,luxury ingredients, 

All of my cakes are handmade to order and I only use

Free Range Eggs;Fine Flours;Golden Sugars;Real Butter;Madagascan Vanilla;

Lemons in the Lemon Cakes & Chocolate Melted into Chocolate Cakes.

My cakes are then filled with layers of softly whipped buttercream.

Iced cakes are covered with a delicious layer of Ganache

[which is a luxurious blend of cream & chocolate]

and finished with either a Professional Swiss Sugar Paste or the Finest Artisanal Sugar Paste.

Our signature Drip Cakes can be covered with either ganache or buttercream.

All of my cakes are around 5" tall-and every cake [whatever the occasion],

is made with the same luxury ingredients.

 

I am a fully 5* inspected,registered,insured Home Based Cake Maker [not a shop] and I 

 hold Level 2 Hygiene & Allergy Certificates.
