We have several Pretty Cake Stands and a growing collection of Vintage China Plates,
Noritake Cake Plates and Tea Sets available for hire at a nominal price of £10 per stand or tea set and £3 per plate.
We ask for a refundable deposit of £30 per cake stand,to cover damage or loss.
[If hiring several pieces,the deposit will increase accordingly as some of the pieces are expensive and some of them are very old and would be difficult or,in some cases,impossible to replace].
Deposits must be paid at the time of booking and will be refunded provided that the following conditions are met:
-All items are returned within 48 hours of the end of the event [late returns are charged at £5 per day as items may be needed for other events].
-All items are returned in the condition in which they were hired [ie clean & undamaged].
We keep a photographic inventory of all items-obviously many of the vintage plates are not in mint condition- but we are aware of any flaws & these will be pointed out to you before hiring.You will be able to inspect items beforehand and asked to sign a hire agreement,therefore any subsequent damage will be the responsibility of the hirer.
-Under these terms,if any items are returned late;unclean or damaged the hirer agrees to forfeit all or part of the deposit,accordingly.
-We reserve the right to implement the deposit forfeiture as deemed necessary.
